I was required to speak to the pharmacist in order to pick up my Nystatin Powder. The pharmacist explained that the system flagged the powder because I am on Ciclopirox. This is ridiculous and a waste of time. The prescription order itself directed me to apply the powder after the cream. The very unprofessional pharmacist insisted on questioning me about use. Perhaps she was unable to practice medicine. Perhaps she has a power issue, but if that happens again with her snide attitude, I will take my business elsewhere. Understanding that you could care less about how your customers are treated...

CVS - pharmacy efficiency and customer service
I have consistently had issues with their ability to get the medications I am prescribed. When they need to follow up with something with my doctor it never actually gets done.
I medication I was taking for years suddenly was not available, I was not notified of this even though I was on automatic refill. When I manually filled this prescription I was not told it was no longer available through their suppliers. I received a text that it had been filled and then received a call that it would not be available and now the prescription had expired.
The only asthma medication covered by my insurance was back ordered indefinitely.
Techs are rude and untrained.
Nightmare!
Worth driving across town to a different pharmacy.
