Kelly Printing Supplies - sent cartridges we did not ask for

A representative continuously calls our office demanding payment for cartridges we did not ask for. I told them that we did not ask for them, we do not have a printer that takes these cartridges. I also told them we did not receive them but later found them in a supply closet. I am mailing the cartridges back to them and I hope this stops the calls. However, they have a no return after 30 day policy. I feel that the company called our office and got a name of one of our employees then mailed us some random cartridges. The person they claim ordered the cartridges is fairly new and does not order anything from anywhere. I get all our supplies through Quill. I know this is a scam and after reading all the complaints about Kelly Printing Supplies, I can't see how they are in business.

Desired outcome: Stop the harrassing calls

Kelly Printing Supplies - Printer Cartridge

Kelly Printing services called my company here in California multiple times offering services to "gain more business" they assured me I would make their products useful if not, feel free to send it back at no cost. Unfortunately, they sent an invoice and is demanding payment no matter what the issue is. They are very unprofessional and their rep Jenny Fox is very childish over the phone when communicating and she needs to attend a retraining program on telephone etiquette / professionalism for speaking to a customer in such negative manner instead of trying to resolve a potential customer situation politely. We currently buy Toner from amazon, and even so is way better service and I don't mind having to wait for that to arrive than work with what kelly printing offers.
I wish I could've seen the complaints about this company before ever accepting that phone call.

Kelly Printing Supplies - marketing practices

We have a home business.in April 2019 we got a call offering us printing cartridges for our HP printer at discount, and we agreed to buy a set of 4 assorted colors (black, blue, red and yellow) for $79, which is about 25% less than from HP. We got a delivery and paid for it. Not only did the printer detect and complain about the non-HP cartridges, but they ran out faster than the standard ones, so clearly the sales person misrepresented them.
Shortly thereafter we got another call, telling us that our one order had been split into two deliveries, and we owed them another payment for the second half of the order. Since I clearly remembered not being willing to spend over $100, I disputed it.
In September they sent another box and billed us again, sometimes saying it was a reorder, sometimes saying it was finishing the old order. My daughter and I both remembered that we had never agreed to more than that first order, but were willing to pay to stop the harassing calls. The calls continued. Given how angry we were about the initial order, there is no way we would ever do business with them again. I finally yelled at the phone person, and got passed through a series of higher ups. At some point I mentioned that we hadn't even opened the later boxes we were so angry, and could send them back (although not pay for shipping since we hadn't ordered them in the first place). Someone agreed that if we'd return them, they'd cancel the invoice.
Lately we've been getting calls almost daily which is very stressful.
Given that they are don't follow their original sales agreements, and use badgering collection techniques, and have an inferior product I am convinced that they are not an honest business.

Kelly Printing Supplies - nasty, lies, rude, ink sales

Everything you have read here is true. My initial phone call offer was for way more ink than I will ever use. I was told I could get a reduced amount of cartridges since I couldn't use that many. There was no mention that I was receiving a partial order and would need to purchase more, but lo' and behold, I get a phone call asking when I would like the rest of my shipment. I stated I never agreed to another shipment, at which time I was told they had kindly split my order up. I said I haven't even begun to use the initial order and the response, that was ok since they have a shelf life of 3 years ( box is dated for 2). I was also told this second shipment completed my order but lo' and behold, I again receive a phone call saying I must be angry with them, they only sent 1/2 of what they were supposed to for black cartridges since they were out of stock. I said I didn't want any more cartridges and would refuse shipment. Each time I was told I would have 30 days from the end of the month to pay the invoice, but Linda would be calling in two weeks wanting a payment or a check number for payment. And she will call every 3 days.
Now here we go again with another phone call saying I need to finish out my original order. I have stated I did not want any more and to stop calling me. I said close out my order status and was told I needed to finish my purchases, but she could do that if I buy 4 more blacks. I insist I don't need all this ink and would never have agreed to this in the first place. That I what I said in the first phone call, and Kim Collins made it out as if I misunderstood the agreement, "but these last 4 inks will close it." I asked for a letter stating this was the last time I "had" to buy ink and Kim Collins said she couldn't close out my account without the last order. I had to repeat myself to this rude person several times as she was not listening to what I said. She then offered to give me an authorization # to use to close acct. after these last 4 black cartridges were paid for. I told her that is what I was asking for 5 min. ago if she would have shut up and actually listened to what I was saying. When I discussed all of this with Kim Collins, she tried to say I didn't pay for 3 months. I had to argue with her about when the invoice was dated, when I was told I would have to pay it (30 days after the end of the month) and the fact that the check was processed in less than 10 days after the actual invoice due date. Kim Collins claims to be the "manager" who has the authority to close an account. Do not believe anything anyone says, they will lie and say anything to send out ink, and then backtrack on their previous agreements.
