Ink cartridges
I got a call offering toner cartridges with more capacity and for a better price than I was getting. They offered to send me a cartridge to try with an agreement to buy 3 of each color if satisfied, otherwise to just pay for the one I got. I didn't have any problems with the cartridges. so I ordered the 3. I then got a call saying that my other cartridges were on back order and now ready to ship. I explained I did not order anymore cartridges. they explained it was part of the original deal since they are a whole seller they wouldn't do anything less than 6 and that was part of the deal. I received the other 3 and paid figuring I would use them eventually. I just received another call telling me the other half of my order was sent to the wrong zip code with another 3 of each color cartridge. I called out that she told me my account was closed after the other 3 with 6 total of each cartridge received. She demanded that it was 6 in the second order. and they only do orders of 9 minimum. I was told she would take out 2 each colored cartridge but leave the 3 black She would not take no for an answer. I was bullied into taking more cartridges that I don't need.
Desired outcome: To not receive the other box of cartridges and not be billed for any more. If I can not stop the box from coming then I want them to supply a paid return label so I can send them back without being billed for a 3rd time.
Update** When they called to schedule shipping of the newest cartridges, I was able to tell her not to ship them. Then the sales rep called back and again tried to tell me I originally agreed to 9 cartridges of each color of ink. I told her no way and I have found the complaints where it looks like they do this to a lot of people and I have already filed my own complaints. She said she will not send any more cartridges. These are very scamy business practices. If you get their call say you are not interested and hang up!
ink cartridges
Last August my boss agreed to try one cartridge. Before even getting a chance to try the cartridge we received a call about getting our other 3 cartridges that my boss agreed to purchase. He was not in the office and when I talked to him he said he may have misunderstood and to go ahead and get them. We received and paid for them and then also received color cartridges which we ended up buying. The color cartridge worked. I have tried two BW cartridges and they are not working in our machine. Nobody answers the phone or returns my emails.
Desired outcome: I would like to get a refund on the cartridges or get replcements.
Scam! Scam!
I am a manager for a small company. I have been harassed and scammed by Kim from Kelly Printing Supply. After I made the first ink purchase she called me several times saying that I had to close the account by the end of the year by purchasing 3 more ink cartridges with the balance of $315.95. 2 weeks later I got another call saying that I had 3 more cartridges that were sent to the wrong address and I needed to verify the correct address. I told her we closed the account 2 weeks ago with the $315.95. She said that I had 3 more cartridges coming and I had to pay an additional $315.95. They are scammers, do not buy anything from them, if you get a call from this company hang up right away.

Ink Cartridges
First time someone called she was very nice and said she would send 2 ink cartridges that were so much better than what we were getting and 1/2 the cost, so I figured ok give it a try. The ink dries up 1/2 way through the cartridge. Next thing I know I got 2 more and an invoice. Someone called and said they wanted to take payment over the phone I said no because I didn't order those cartridges and she said it was part of the promotion. Then I got some more and another invoice. When they called they said this was the last two cartridges that I would get for the promotion and guess what, I got 2 more and this time instead of $200 invoice, which I have paid each time, this time I got a $610 invoice and I refuse to pay it! This all started Feb 2022 and they have sent 2 cartridges each month. I don't know what to do to get them to stop. Very pushy too when they call for payment and I should have known better but the first lady I talked to was very nice.
Desired outcome: I would like for them to stop sending me products. I just want to be removed from their system. All products will be mailed back.

A representative continuously calls our office demanding payment for cartridges we did not ask for. I told them that we did not ask for them, we do not have a printer that takes these cartridges. I also told them we did not receive them but later found them in a supply closet. I am mailing the cartridges back to them and I hope this stops the call...

I got a call from these people in late January from a very cheerful lady. She explained to me that she will send out two toners that match my printer. She said I would be given a "free trial", and if I didn't want them I could send them back at the end of 30 days. I figured why not, my business always needs toner and she was stating how well these toners work. I received the toners, planned to send them back. I never got a return label or anything. What I did get was an invoice... I just paid it and thought that was that. Fast forward a couple weeks later... I get a call from them but this time having a different sales rep. She went on to explain to me I have SIX remaining toners that they are going to ship and charge me for.. I was flabbergasted. I told this lady over and over again that was never disclosed to me and that I do not want anymore toners. She would not take NO for an answer. I explained to her that I did not agree to this verbally, or I did not sign any contract or paper stating that I was signing up for a bulk order. She argued with me for at least 20 minutes... on just one of these phone calls. She started getting attitude with me saying I had to get these toners. I gave attitude right back and got pretty ugly. Eventually, I said flat out.. "I don't understand why this is such a problem. You sent me two toners, and I paid for two. What the hell is the problem here?" After saying that, she said she would mark my order complete for now, but when I do want the remaining toners I can call her. I told her I don't want any now nor will I ever. I then requested to be put on a do not call list. She hung up right after I said that. I really do not understand how these people are still in business. If you ever get a call from these people, please save yourself a headache and go tell them to F themselves. :)
Printer ink cartridges confusion
Very disappointed in business did not take care of issue instead we ended up paying 350$ for 4 cartridge's. says we still owe 303$ ? this is very confusing and we still didn't get the invoice for paying 179$$ i need that to send to the office if i had to pay that much just for 4 cartridges then yawl need to warn them on cost. I feel scammed and frustrated from this business and costumer service. if you guys can figure out the invoice that be greatly appreciated. i sent 6 cartridge's back the first 4 were not for our printer and the last 2 were sent back because we didn't need six TN-760 jumbo.
I guess it wants more detail so technically i got a call from Kelly printing i didn't understand a thing the person said because they talk way to fast and the accent was hard of understanding any ways i got in 4 ink cartridges' i called back and they were wrong so i asked if we could send em back instead the guy insisted that i get the other ink cartridges so i did but i got 6 sent to me and no tag to send the wrong ones back so i called back again wondering why they cost so much 550$ i already paid for the 4 cartridges and no refund. so eventually they gave me a tag online to send the 4 wrong ones back and i sent 2 out of the 6 cartridge's back which led me to 4 720 jumbo i didn't even need ink and i am very disappointed that communication was so bad. so here i am owing 303$ dollars for cartridge's you guys got back? you guys even said you got them?

I am here 8am to 5pm Monday to Saturday pacific time I would like a call hearing that the issue is resolved and i get both invoices for paying the actual amount.
Desired outcome: I need the issue resolved if i have to send the ink back for refund i will i do not need it and it cost to much. If I do not hear back i have no choice but to contact GOV law just to resolve my issue.
Canon Printer Toner
In 2019 they called with their "offer". I told them initially I (representing the company I work for) was not interested because I had just put a new one in the machine and had another waiting. I finally allowed them to send 2 to me with the stipulation that it would be quite a while before I could try it out. "No worries" they said, "You don't have to pay until you've used at least one cartridge". We started receiving bills requesting payment. They called for payment to let me know they had scheduled the next 2 cartridges to be shipped. I reminded them that I had not even put the first cartridge in yet and that I was no where near ready to receive another shipment. After a little time lapsed, they called back and we did pay them for that shipment and I told them I really did not want the other shipment but they sent it to me. I went ahead and accepted them as there didn't seem to be an issue with the one. At one point one of the cartridges (second shipment) left toner all over the inside of my machine. By this time we had paid for the second shipment and I was done with this company. A few months later and asked if they could send me more. I said no because I was trying to get the toner out from where one of their cartridges dumped it. "Oh I'm sorry. I'll call you in a few months to see if you need any more." I replied "Please take our name off your call list and do not call me again." Since then I get calls on average about every 3 months with the line "You told us to call you back and see if we can send you toner." I replied "No I have told you repeatedly to take my name off your call list." They say, "Oh I'm so sorry. I'll make sure your company is taken off the call list. Here it is 2021 and I'm still getting those calls to which I reply once I know who it is "Why are you calling me? I'm suppose to be on the don't call..." I hear a click. This just happened again today, 11/16/21. I really don't like being rude or mean but this is just way WAY too much to where it almost feels like it's bordering on harassment.
Desired outcome: Stop calling my company!! Please? That's all I want
Brother Toner Catridges
Totally unethical. This is a scam! Sales person convinces you that the ink catridges are twice the capacity of the genuine ink catridges for $75/ea. A week or two after I received the 1st shipment the sales person calls back to schedule the next shipment even though I do not need anymore catridges. They say that by placing the initial order I am committed to getting at least 2 more complete sets of catridges. They proceed to send the 2nd shipment and then call again a couple week later to schedule the 3rd shipment. Now I do not need any more catridges but they ship the 3rd shipment. I start getting error messages on my printer that the toner is not genuine brand and I have a hard time clearing out the message. My printer is rendered unusable for a couple of weeks until it is determined that these were defective catridges. I return 1 set of catridges and they send me more. Then after a couple of months the printer stops working. Now I have several hundreds of dollars worth of catridges and they will not allow me to return the catridges for a refund. I only wanted one set to see if they worked well. The collection dept keeps harassing me. The terms are set so that you end up with several sets of catridges that you do not need. This company is not trust worthy. The ink quality was not good and caused many issues with my printer within a matter of a few months of starting with their ink catridges.
Desired outcome: Requesting full refund however after speaking to customer service, supervisor, and head manger they seem unwilling.

received a call from Daphne from Kelly printing yesterday called and said that I wanted to get prices for HP 81, 285, and CE280. I told her that I never asked for that and she said I did. Well number 1, I don't use those inks Number 2 I always tell people I am not interested due to boss not wanting to switch ink companies we use now. She insists that I did want the prices of those inks. Why would I want to price something out that I don't use.
Pushing products on me that I don't use. She wants to send me a sample to use and if I don't like it I can return it with out being charged. I don't need something I don't use. She will call me back today. Why I dont use those inks... This is what I call very pushy and lying.
I never told her that I wanted prices. don't want her to ever call back.
Sales tactics
They call and tell you that they have a deal for you to try and you try it. Then they constantly call and tell you that you have to purchase more and more cartridges to fulfill a contract you were never told about, the next the you know you are over run with ink cartridges you don't need and they continue to call. They do not take no for an answer. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I spoke with a young lady who was very nice and she told me she had a replacement for the HP Ink Cartridges. They were not recycled or remanufactured, but new and would give me more life than the HP cartridges. She would send them out and call me in 30 days to see how they worked. I figured I could risk that. I put the cartridges in and the colors were not near the same as HP. So I took them out after only 10 copies. I was waiting for the call to discuss how I liked the product, but what I got was a collection notice from another nice person. My invoice was past due. I still have all the cartridges they sent and don't plan to use them. I still have not heard from the sales person and I wish I had taken better notes or used my standard rule of send me everything in writing. I am paying the invoice, but would love to return the cartridges for a refund.
I wish I had checked this out before I bought, but I didn't.

Toner Cartridges - kept changing terms
Sadly, I made the mistake of not getting the terms to my purchase in writing. I received several phone calls over the course of a year, telling me I still had cartridges I needed to purchase according to my original agreement of 12. I was able at one point to get them to split the extra "cartridge deal" to cover a separate printer so I could finalize because I obviously didn't need 12 for the same printer. I was told that this would be the final call & the final order.
6 months later, I received another phone call telling me I needed to purchase a total of 12 more cartridges for the new printer because my original agreement was for 24. Uh - no.

They said their cartridges had twice as much ink in them giving twice as many copies. Guess what? Their cartridges weigh exactly the same as a new Epson cartridge. Exactly. And the shell is the same, just a recycled Epson shell with the words Epson burned off and a sticker pasted on top of it. I guess we can chalk this up to the example our president has set. Just lie and hopefully no one will notice the difference. Sorry I did. Fraud clear and simple.

Well the cold calling is extremely hard to get them to understand "remove my number from your database please" she told me she was owner in one breath and then "no" in the next. Seems very shady, I would NOT purchase a thing from this company. Reading reviews all over the web, seems I made the right decision to ask her to "cease and desist" any further communication.

This company harrasses my company for ink cartidges that I did not even order. Theysaid I could test one for 30 days and then sent 3!? I put the one in and all of the suddent they said I have to pay for all of them. They call multiple times a day and yell at staff. I said I would return the product no problem, shipping on me and they told me I wouldnt even know where to send to? I don't get it. Sorry I ever picked up the phone.

I would like to complain about your companies, essentially scamming me. Your sales department called and called until I was told that I would be sent two cartridges for my canon printer for a price of $44 dollars each to try out for 30 days, return them within that timeframe or then pay for them. It has been about 2 months, I am the only person that uses this cartridge at this company. Then I received a call that said that the cartridges were only priced this low because it was for a bulk buy of 4 cartridges and they were sending me the other two. I haven't even used the ones that I was originally sent. I was told I had no choice I had to accept them. The shipment came and there were four more. This is certainly underhanded to say the least. Please remove the klamath tribes gaming regulatory commission from your sales list. I will not be sending any business your way! One more thing, I had to go online to even get your phone number, since none was on the invoice.

Daniel with Kelly printing supplies called my company (I am the operator and just answer the phones) he asked me who was in charge of ordering/purchasing our office supplies who that was and he asked if I was the secretary, I advised I was the operator and he went on to explain things to me and advised that they may have specials on their ink cartridges/toner and asked what kind of printers did we have, I advised we had several kinds and he asked me to get the information, I advised that the printers were up on the 2nd floor and I could not go up there at this time and he kept pushing me to get the kind of printers they were. I offered to get him to the person in charge of the office supplies and if he was not available I could put him in his voice mail. He refrained from wanting to do that. He again started pushing me for the printer information and I advised I was not going to obtain this info that we already have a company that we deal with, but that did not seem to phase him and when I again refused to get the info he said to me "Wow Your difficult, this is ridiculous" with that I hung up on him...Very Pushy and Very Rude

Had this exact scenario happen to me. Can they come after me legally if I don't pay for the remaining cartridges? They sent me an invoice for way more ink than I need and can't even use? Should I just block and not pay and hope they don't come after me legally or pay and contact my bank to have it removed?
I can not give legal advice but if you did not sign anything and have not received the ink cartridges. When they call demand that they do not send them. make it very clear that you do not want them and you did not authorize them. If you did receive them you will likely have to pay return shipping to try and get them refunded.
