The membership fee was raised without notice, for this reason I requested a cancellation of my membership. This was so complicated and was supposed to be done by today. The cancellation request was on 11/27/2019, the last charges on my credit card are supposed to be on December, this was already done as today 12/29/2019. I received an email yesterday saying that my personal training class is scheduled for the 31st. ! How is that possible? I never requested a personal training and by now my membership should be cancelled! I called to the Bay Shore location today 12/29/2019 at 10:10 to find out about the cancellation an the e mail regarding personal training, this woman put me on hold for more than 15 min. Called again and she put me on hold again. The third time I called she hanged out. This is really frustrating! And terrible customer service.
