Hello, my name is Mr Douglas krajnyk,
I recently had the misfortune of visiting your front street location in Binghamton ny for 2 new front struts for my 2005 honda civic, we just purchased the car a day prior, I drove the car for a good 2 or 3 hours and after they installed the shocks they damaged my swaybar bushings by prying the old ones to make it quicker for them to replace, my wife picked up the car and noticed a bad thimping noise front the front end. she was terrified to drive the car home, I had to go with our other car to get her, I drove it and indeed the swaybar bushings were damaged, they went prior to the front shocks being replaced, I took pictures of the tire pressure before it went in, brand new tires were just installed before purchase, all 4 tires registered as 30 psi as required for honda, they advised me that it would be 180 to fix the swaybar bushings that they messed up. I authorized it because I had to leave town and it was my wife's only available form or transportation at that time, she went to pick up the car and they charged her 220.00 and change, different then the 180 they quoted for their mistake, than apon pick up I re measured the air pressure soon as it got picked to to find my driver front was at 45 psi instead of the 30 psi, passenger side was 40 psi, rear driver was 15 psi and rear passenger was 20 psi, I'm giving you guys the opportunity to take corrective action regarding this issue, or my attorney will be filing a formal complaint and reporting this to the better business bureau as well, I've done business with you guys for 7 years and I'm very disappointed with the service I received regarding my trust in my wife's safety and that I put my trust in Mavis for her safety and as well as my kids, the service manager Mark was also very rude, hung up on me 2 times and was on hold for a good 20 minutes to get a answer regarding the issue and required repair to make the vehicle driveable and safe again.
