My doctor forwarded a prescription to be filled insulin and needles, the needles were approved and sitting down in the pharmacy waiting for me to pick up when I inquiry about the insulin. I was told that the numbers on my prescription card does not match. How could that be? This was very shady of CVS. no resolve needed. I got my prescription elsewhere.!
CVS - Pharmacist not friendly and gave me hard time
Today 1-25-2022 I CVS in E. Meadow at 4. PM they answered at 4.30 pm which is not acceptable, then they want me to pay $72.00 for my medicine which I pay only 25 dollars using a discount company to fill but the pharmacist refused to check the other available prices. Finally, after she gave hard time, she told me it is 26 dollars.
1- she is not professional
2- she does not want to give the fair price for the medication
3- lake of experience
4- not friendly
5- she has no patient. I have been a customer of CVS for more than 35 years. John the pharmacist treats me good but not this lady. I am requesting a full investigation.
CVS - Pharmacy
This complaint is about CVS Pharmacy of East Meadow, located in the Clearmeadow Shopping Center. Not once but twice has it occurred that the staff was not aware of the insurance plans it accepts. Today, it was quite disturbing that my father, a senior citizen I may add, went to pick up a prescription for my mother - also a senior citizen and was told that CVS no longer accepts their insurance - might I add it is Blue Cross Blue Shield. Quite honestly this is not to be taken lightly as the climate related to COVID-19 and the elderly needing to be extra careful when going out and exposure. One would think that CVS would protect its consumers and advise them that their insurance is not accepted, as they do when prescriptions are due. It was quite upsetting that CVS was neglectful, we will no longer go any CVS a definitely recommend against anyone going to this irresponsible chain.
Desired outcome: That people go to a caring store
