Subway

I went to the Subway at 401 Elmira RD, Ithaca, NY 14850 at 6:20 PM on 3/4/20. The "Sandwich Artist" was on the phone just talking to someone he knew and would not wait on me. I has previously tried to phone in my order for pickup no one would answer. I could clearly see him through the store window talking on the phone. I proceeded to go in and asked him if they were open. His only response was to yell at me that he was on the phone. There was a van next to ours that also drove away because he would not answer the phone for their orders either. They close at 7 pm. This is not how you do business.
