Mavis Discount Tire - customer service, and work performed in my vehicle

In 6/26/19 I bought my car in for a oil change 2 new front tires and an alignment by 6/27/19 my oil light came back on. Shortly after my check engine light. I called in and made a complaint on 7/9/19 no one got back to me. 7/14/19 I called in and made another complaint b/c my toes came off. At the time of service/after the mechanics suggested shocks only I asked was my car safe b/c i do have a commute to & from work & my children to school they said I'd be fine. Now my tires off and I have not been addressed in a manner that I appreciate. I can be reached by phone @ [protected] or e-mail [protected]@yahoo.com

Looks to me like your ball joint broke. Cars break they just do. You need a Controll arm with a ball joint and have them do it.
Its something that nobody can always see to prevent it just happens
