After satisfactory service from this company for 2 years I am very upset
with their cancellation policy I notified them of my Mother's passing
within weeks of my renewal period. I returned all merchandise and received confirmation from the post office and was told it would be several
weeks before I received any refund. I then contacted my credit card issuer because I had heard of the numerous complaints against this company. I was issued a credit in the amount that I considered fair. Now, 2 months later I am being re-billed for an amount I consider extremely unfair. $116.50 for 35 days of monitoring. This is exorbitant and I will
continue to pursue a remedy that is satisfying to me.
