Bailey House - Report care coordinator

Hello my name is Hananna Devane. I am contacting the Bailey House agency to report care coordinator Ms Aiesha Vegas. We had an appointment yesterday September 17, at 2:30pm. Thursday September I called her and left a voice message. She returned my message later in the afternoon. Ms Vegas scheduled a telephone appointment with me for September 17 at 2:30pm. On September 17 she missed our 2:30pm telephone appointment. I called and left a voice message. When she did not answer my calls I text her to make sure we were scheduled for that particular day. Me Vegas called me back after I text her. As soon as I get on the phone she says a coworker who left the company has been trying to reach me. The person who had my case called me one time. I have records of the information. She lied and said the appointment was not 2:30pm that we were scheduled for anytime after that. She was very aggressive and talk to me very demeaning. I told her the professional thing to do was reschedule if you have an emergency. The agency has not helped me receive any of my services. Thanks to the help of my primary care doctor and therapist I received services. I am on radiation and sometimes the medication makes me fatigue. She should not have people waiting. An appointment time is the specific time. I will like to contact a manager to file a complaint. Going to contact my insurance care manager to change agencies. Why is Bailey House getting paid and they are not helping me. Below are pictures of the times I called her and the text message. Please contact me at the earliest convenience.
