Global Summit House - Offering to be my literary agent

Here is a copy of the Global Summit House's introductory email to me:

"Hi, Good Day!
Be represented by our Literary Agent - COMMISSION BASIS ONLY!
Are you an author who has already spent a lot of money on promoting your book?
And yet with all of those investments, you still got an unsatisfactory result?
I know that you are done working with self-publishing companies that made promises that they will do a lot of effort for your book.

My name is Red, a Marketing Manager from Global Summit House.
We're a book publishing & marketing company that specializes in literary representation that works with prolific authors who's aiming to have a name and brand in this creative industry."

This is simply a lie. Upfront, they wanted $1000.00 to start the process. Red Blake, the Marketing Manager, called numerous times and on three occasions. Her purpose was to sell me various package deals which would have cost me me an additional $3000 or so. The last was a $1500 package to set up a web site and gain for me name recognition. She promised this would give me greater standing as they presented my work to traditional publishing houses.

So, I am out my original $1000.00. Online research repeatedly warned that if a literary agent asks for any payment whatsoever, walk away. I wish I had listened.

On the website "Writers Beware," Global Summit House" can be found listed there. I am frequently contacted by companies black listed by this site. I was suckered by the offer to be my literary agent.

These people have no compassion or integrity. I have repeatedly explained my finances do not allow me to spend any more. COVID-19 and personal health problems have bled us dry. Still, Red Blake uses high pressure sales practices to make the sale.

I have nothing good to say about Global Summit House.

Desired outcome: Refund my $1000
