I submitted a sci fi novel, THE REALM OF THE ANGEL to Global Summit House in 2020 for publication once a fee of several thousand dollars, US, was paid. All I have received to date is an Author's hard cover copy and an In House magazine that contained an article about me. I've heard nothing since and was led to believe that this organisation was absorbed into Regency Publications which, in turn, was wound up. Now, as another publisher wishes to have this novel I would like whatever agreement exists to be cancelled, including All ISBNs. I have the copyright, both intellectual and otherwise.
I can be contacted by phone on +[protected] or by email at [protected]@m2data.com.au.
Hugh Mortimer
Desired outcome: To have my novel removed from any of Global Summit House's registry, all ISBN's cancelled and any accrued royalties paid as per the original acreement
