My brother stayed at this property October 10th 2010. I work for a Residence Inn By Marriott, therefore he would get the ''friends and family rate'' which was 269.00$. My brother got there and they charged him 299.00$ for the night, told him if he was not happy that he should leave. The next day my brother sent me an e-mail saying he was leaving the day before his departure because he didn`t like the service he got at the hotel. I called myself wondering why it was 299.00$ instead of 269.00$, the man was extremely rude to me. First thing he says to me when i was transfered was ''mm HELLO?!''. He Kept on cutting me off while i was trying to explain my situation. He asked for my name, I told him and he kept on saying ''What?, What?''. Did not even try to help or try to understand my situation. Told me if I would like to speak to the general manager, I said yes please. The man put me on hold for 20 minutes. I work in the same franchise as him, I would expect the same service I would give to my customers at my hotel and what marriott expects from us.
This is unacceptable!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Employees aren't allowed to treat other employees like that. You could have taken his name and reported him to corporate. I do that everytime I get rude service from the front desk associates.
