Dangerous Con artist. They have no terms until your item arrives then they need your bank statement and your credit card info via fax. No terms of this nature are listed on their website, until your item arrives. Then all of a sudden I can no longer log into the account. And my item is with them. You call the number and it sounds like someone's private residence. I suspect that they bought their Facebook Fan base to make them look legitimate. What they are doing no one really knows. But no company ask for your ID, your Bank statement, just to post you a parcel.!
The FCC customer services warns against this kind of company. because policies must be clear. So they have your ID, they have your address and then they have your credit card information!

Yes, the terms and conditions page clearly says that. Please read #7 carefully. Don't forget, this is to protect you also, as well as the the credit card owner (if does not bear the same name on it). Did you provide proof of identification and they still lock out your account? Or; did you just got offended because they asked for your ID and left your laptop to them :)
Here's the part from their website (you can find a similar section in the Frequently asked questions section...

If your bank is unable to verify this information, we will require you provide us with two forms of identification and scans (front and back) of your credit card along with a scan of your latest bank statement (first 3 pages). Well send a laptop to them and see if you get it. Does the terms and conditions say that they need your passport, your bank statements, a sign declaration allowing them to debt your card? Every con site has terms and conditions what does that prove?
