Good afternoon, iam a resident at wise tower delovepment building 120 w 94th street 10025. I wanna start off by saying that I live in a wonderful building with amazing people. I recently just put in a ticket for public space painting. Our building is in a desperate need of a paint job. Starting point begins with the lobby, elevators doors, exits doors, staircase floors and walls. Apartment doors, each floor need to be painted as well. Our building need your assistance with the job and we the people will help maintain the up keep. we understand that Nycha cant do it alone its a community effort. Thank you inadvance I hope that we can have some assistance by spring. Ticket number is [protected]... We appreciate you.
