NYC Housing Authority [NYCHA]

For the last two (2) months I have noticed my rent went up without notice, on rent statement it states "Freezer Fee" charge $8. I have written letters and left several messages for management and to date have not received any call backs or responses. I have scheduled several appointments on maintenance issues; broken/missing kitchen cabinets; clogged kitchen sink. I have injured myself because water over flows in kitchen sink which caused my to slip and fall.
