I am the neighbor of mentioned apartment above. I have complained to my housing assistant, Mr. Shek, about them in 12f; to no avail. I've visually verified my neighbors adult son, spit on my door on more than one occasion. I've complained about her other son and other tenants children from our same building run up and down the hallways, slam stairwell doors etc., at all hours. Nothing is being done.
This evening i get home with my children and the older son is in the hallway of our floor, staring at me and says"what the F is your problem [censored]"! This man has anger issues and looks even homeless.
Something must be done! I'm screaming out for help!
