Don’t order jewellery from www.silverspeck.com, because the quality was terrible and my earrings broke after 3 days. The seller refused to do anything about it. He simply ignored me and replied only once, when he informed me that they wouldn’t refund. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller. As well as it would be a great idea if people would post their comments about their experience with this seller.

A stone fell out of my new bracelet--pink tourmaline $110.
First I emailed them. No response.
Then on 8/3/17 I returned the bracelet to be replaced. So far I haven't heard a word.
I just noticed that their street number on their Internet site is different than the street number on the envelope I received from them.
