Buffalo Wild Wings

This was the worse service I have ever received from an establishment. My children and I waited for our order for 45 mins. (just wings and fries-one order of fries) when they finally arrived the wings were so cold the sauce was like a coating of ice on them. I explained to the waitress that the wings were ice cold and she took them back in the mean time no one approached us to apologized for the hour wait for simple wings and fries. Once they were brought back out all they had done was taken some sauce heat it up and pour them over the same cold wings. I then proceeded to tell our waitress we were no longer interested in having them. After like 10 min. Some guy walks over to the table and says what did we need help with I told him the wings were cold for a second time and that I would just pay for the beverages consumed he went back and gave us a check that had the fries that we did not get to eat.in no time did he ever apologized and then he proceeded to be very nasty in telling me and arguing with me that the wings were not cold. It was supposed to had been a time for celebration for my family and I but the lack of professionalism from the manager was absurd. He was disrespectful and completely ignored us when all this was happening. I would never recommend this buffalo wild wings location to anyone. The food was so nasty I would not even give it to my dog.
