I used to work at Henrietta, I was being told to stop supposedly telling an employee brother mean stuff but I wasn’t. So I went to my boss, told him to tell he’s employees to stop being rude to me because I wasn’t even talking to him. So my boss didn’t do anything even I told him that the other employee had a gun, he didn’t care or didn’t even watch the cameras. I think he was letting things happen till a bad thing happens to check cameras. I was fired because that employee named angel Caraballo, my boss Nickolas didn’t do anything about it or Yana didn’t do anything about it. I was told to call police to confirm that he had a gun, I did call them they show up but they didn’t check him. So they fired me without doing nothing angel Caraballo and he’s brother fought a manager they didn’t fired him so I’m trying to get in contact with human recourse.
Popeyes - Customer Service
On Friday August 4th at approximately 8:30 PM. My daughter my friend his daughter and myself patronized Popeyes store #12695 at 3070 W. Henrietta Road in Rochester NY. As me and my daughter entered the establishment we were met by loud profanity being yelled from the cashier to a co worker. I asked the young lady was she alright. She replied yes and took my order. She was rude and still seemed agitated. She handed me a cup for our drinks. The drink machine wasn’t working. My 9 year old daughter handed me back the cup. I was at the front of the line. The cashier looked at me took her phone from her pocket and proceeded to either make a call or take a call and walk towards the back of the kitchen. I said to no one In Particular “I know she didn’t just get on her phone and walk away from the register. She proceeded back to the register and started yell and cussing at me with my daughter. My daughter was terrified so I grabbed my order and walked out the restaurant. I just happen to turn around and there wer 6 or 7 employees outside the restaurant while this young lady continued to yell profanities in the presence of my young daughter my friend and his daughter. I placed my daughter I. My vehicle and was going to tell my friend don’t argue, let’s just go. At that point a male co worker approached me and threatened me saying we better leave or he is going to f*ck me up while standing in my face. I also witnessed someone exit their car with their hand behind their back. That situation could of went real bad. I’m a retired United States Marine and currently employed with the Erie County Sheriffs department in Buffalo NY. I would like someone to please contact me and review the footage. I don’t know what type of employees you hire. The disrespect and harassment was totally uncalled for. My 9 year old daughter should not have to be subjected to that language. Also I didn’t once see a manager or someone in a position of authority try to deescalate the situation. No way she should of been allowed to exit that restaurant. We were leaving not saying anything. I would really like for the video to be looked at and something to be done to the employees. Also I never recieved my complete order. I can be reached at [protected]
Jason Hicks
Desired outcome: I would like the video to be reviewed and the employees terminated.
