I visited your above referenced restaurant on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 4:40 pm. I pulled in your parking area to eat after paying for my order. When I went to eat the double cheeseburger combo, both the cheeseburger and fries were cold. I looked at the cheeseburger and saw that it was dried around the edges and the cheese was hard and not melted. I went inside to let the girl who took my order know. She gave it to the cook. He immediately came over to me and handed me the cheeseburger and said call corporate. He said it was fresh and clearly it was not! I then said to him, "so you aren't going to make me a fresh one? He said no, and again said call corporate." In all the times I have ordered from A&W, my meal was piping hot. This is unacceptable! That cook should be fired. I would expect your company would address my complaint. Please be advised, that if I receive no response, I will be contacting the Health Department to report this incident since their are requirements and regulations regarding food preparation and temperature. I should of been made a fresh meal or reimbursed! I may also contact the Better Business Bureau to make a complaint depending whether or not I receive acknowledgment from your company.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement of the cost ($8.09)
