To Whom It May Concern:
I have been shopping at the Children's place for over 10 years and yesterday Was the worst experience ever. I visited the Jefferson Valley Mall in New York. This is one of your locations where I believe store manager Melissa Tausk (not sure how to spell the last name) was on duty. I received a rude sales person who spoke very rudely to me in front of my two children. I am not sure I can come back. I could not believe how she spoke and her demeanor. It was on August 13 at approximately 5:17 pm.
Desired outcome: The store associate needs proper customer service training

Hi
I was shopping, just myself and I saw another customer at the other end. I had a mask on but can't wear it above my nose for medical reasons. One of the workers told me to put the mask above my nose, I informed her that I have a medical condition and can't do that. She then said if I don't then she will not ring me up. She then called security on me. I left the store because I refused to spend any money after being treated that way. I spoke with security and he said the way she treated me wasn't right and he was going to contact her manager. I'm reaching out to you because I have shopped in your stores for 13 years now and this was totally uncalled for. I was discriminated against for my medical disability.
