Firehouse Subs - Firehouse negligence, shifted blame and called me a liar and a thief.

The man who answered the phone at approximately 5 pm, on 1/10/2022, accused me of being a thief, fraud and a liar. I am beyond offended. In the future, I will not return to patronize any Firehouse location. I place 2 orders through Uber eats. One was with Firehouse Subs. Uber delivery driver went to the first location, then to Firehouse. Firehouse told Uber driver my order was picked up by another driver. Uber driver sent me a message and asked if I got my Firehouse order? I replied, no I did not. Uber app then messaged me, stating order would be longer than expected, because drivers were unavailable. Another Uber driver messaged me saying he would be picking up my order. I replied, the order was picked up by another driver. My original driver delivered my first order. Driver called Firehouse trying to help me figure out where my order was? Driver place call on speaker phone. We were told by firehouse the order was canceled. Just as he said that the app let me know the order was canceled. This left me completely confused. I asked firehouse what happened to my order. He did not know. Uber driver asked firehouse to remake the order and told them he would pick it up. Firehouse said yes. I then asked firehouse if they could make the sandwich on white bread instead of wheat? I said that I accidently touched the wrong bread option in the app. That's when things took a turn for the worse. The man on the phone at Firehouse Subs, told me in a horrible tone that my order was possibly a fraud and that I might be trying to steal from him. He said they got robbed all the time, and he would not allow the bread change because this was very suspicious. I was shocked that someone would say that to me. None of this would have happened, if Firehouse did not tell Uber driver upon his arrival to pick up my order. That someone else had already picked up my order. This also caused my order that was picked up first, to arrive near ice cold. I reluctantly agreed to have the order remade, as that would be my husband's dinner. Firehouse is my husband's favorite sub restaurant. Based on the way I was treated; I am pretty sure my husband will not be returning either. I have no idea how 3 drivers were assigned to pick up my order. I have no idea who Firehouse gave the first order to. I have no idea who canceled my order, or why it had to be reordered. How do you cancel and order that an unknown driver already picked up? Furthermore, my husband and I are devout Christians, who very much earn every bit of living in an upper, middle-class neighborhood. My husband is more than capable of providing for our household. We have no need to steal anything. We wouldn't resort to theft, even if we were unable to afford anything, let alone a sandwich. I am still in disbelief about the tone the man took with me, the accusations, and the fact that he would not allow more to correct my mistaken choice of bread. No one should be treated the way he treated me. He didn't sound like a very young man. If that were the case, I might be able to excuse that behavior. Many Youths this day in age have not been taught much about manners. I could possibly excuse him if he were younger. I could not justify a young person's behavior, but I wouldn't take as personal as I would when that behavior comes from an adult. The man who answered the phone at Firehouse Subs, did explain that they get robbed all the time. While I do find that to be awful, it is none of my business. I feel like he said that to me, in order to justify the way he spoke to me and accused me of. Needless to say, my order finally arrived more than 2 hours after I originally placed it. the carton the sandwich was packaged in, was caved in on one end. I ordered a hot sandwich was very cold when it arrived. I order a cold drink, it arrived warm. Extremely offended and sincerely disappointed.
