On 10/21/24, I ordered food from Firehouse subs online. I completed the order and a popup appeared stating that I needed to reorder certain which I did. When I arrived at the store, I was told that I had been double billed for my order and that they were not able to do anything about it. The staff suggested that I could come back and order the same items and I would not be charged for them. I did not want to do that. I wanted my money back. I completed the form in Customer Service offering my complaint. I have not heard from them. I have tried to call every number for Firehouse Subs which I could find and none of them seem to be working. I don't know what else to do at this point.
Claimed loss: double charge for an online order of $48.33.
Desired outcome: Return of $48.33.
