Firestone Complete Auto Care - Oil change with leaking oil.

I had an Oil Change, Head Light installed, and Filters replaced. This was all performed at Firestone 600 Chapell Hill Mall Akron Ohio 44310. My total charge was $200 that was charged to my Firestone Credit. Since then, my 2019 Jeep Cherokee has been in there shop 4 times due to an oil leak.

My truck has never leaved oil until they changed my oil. On 12/6/2022 I dropped my truck off and I told them to find the leak. Mike the Service Advisor never called me back that day. The next day I called and asked what was going on mike told they had torn my truck apart and was waiting on a part.

I never gave them permission to take my truck a part. By them doing this basically voided my warranty that I have on the truck.

On 12/9/2022 they finally offered me a Rental Car after I missed 2 days of work.

On 12/12/2022 they finally called and said the truck was finish.

Today 12/22/2022 I returned back there because oil was leaking again. They said it was oil run off and they just wiped it off. I asked to speak with Steve the manager and I was told he was busy working on a car.

This has caused me to miss work and my truck is not repaired.
