I have numerous complaints about the Leeville Pk location in Lebanon TN. As a woman who knows little about mechanics they have taken advantage of my ignorance several times. We had a water leak for a couple years and told them it was the water pump yet they insisted on charging us for a diagnostic test which found no leaks. Later they replaced the radiator but it still did not fix our leak. I have never taken my jeep anywhere but Firestone for an oil change but several weeks back decided to use Valvoline instead. They told me whoever did the oil change last put the oil plug on so tight they could not remove it without damaging my vehicle and suggested I take it back to them. I went back to Firestone and they told me we had a fluid leak and the radiator cap needed to be replaced and charged for a new one. I did not even remember that we had just had a new radiator installed just months before. They also told me the oil pan gasket was leaking and it would cost over $600 to fix. When I finally spoke up and asked about the oil plug being on too tight they claimed they gave me a new one and quickly dismissed me. This past weekend we took our jeep to a mechanic who put a new water pump in and finally our leak was fixed after a several years of misdiagnosis by Firestone. In addition this mechanic confirmed there is in fact NO oil leaks whatsoever on my jeep from the oil pan or anywhere else. Firestone was going to charge me for something I did'nt even need and flat out lied to me about having an oil leak. This company can not be trusted and after years of taking my vehicles there I will no longer do so.
