Ordered food through the app around 6:30 pm on Saturday 1/21/23. Parked my car in spot 3 for curbside service. When my order arrived, it was delivered by an 11 year old boy. I asked him how old he was. After he gave it to me, he briefly left and then came back and solicited me for a tip. He was not subtle or nice about it either. He told me he was helping his mother out, who was working there. I found some change and gave it to him, but I wasn’t happy. When I got home with my order, it wasn’t even correct. I called the business to complain, and the manager said there were absolutely no kids there. I was telling the truth. She swore that there weren’t even any mothers working. I know she lied to me. Her name was Jackie.
Desired outcome: Money back for entire order and an apology.
