I called and made a complaint when I bought my daughter a new set of pants that the store near me in Eastgate, Ohio had not reopened the fitting rooms. I was told on the phone that your customer service survey decided we would be better served by not having them reopened. Well, I returned the pants because they didn’t fit and got new ones two sizes larger. Guess what? They don’t fit. In case you haven’t noticed gas is the highest it has ever been so where am I sending the bill for a tank of fuel since I now have to make a third trip? If you would open the freaking fitting rooms I would have gotten the right size first try or not gotten them at all if none fit. FYI, I am a guy with daughters and I don’t get womens sizing and I’m certain I’m not the only one.
Open the dang fitting rooms! And where do I send a bill for my extra time and gas since you are preventing me from doing this the easy way?
Desired outcome: Open the fitting rooms and compensate me for the wasted time and gas
Meijer - no product, lack of help
We shop at meijer in eastgate almost every friday night. I can not believe how many times I wanted a sale item and it was gone. Some items I wanted that was not on sale that seems to sale out fast, but somebody cannot seem to order enough. Meijer purified water is almost always out, larosa's original spagetti sauce, (yes I have found it on some end caps sometimes?) And last week big hole for foldgers instant coffee. Which was not on sale. Also why on the weekend and the first of the month is there only two cashiers? I have more than 20 items and have no desire to go to self check out.
I have been there late evening friday and they are bringing items to floor from truck. Sometimes. Is it necessary to cram the floor with product. And theres nobody to put it up or no way for a customer to get it? Plus they make it seem like us customers are in their way when they are bringing product out. Maybe you need to look at new management. Apparently something is wrong here. And most of your cashiers have the personality of a box. What has happened to customer service? I dont need to be led around by hand, but customer curiosity would be great and product on the floor would make you a few more bucks.
