On 9/20/2019 I placed an order over the phone for small order of garlic parmesan wings flats only. I was told it was going to be twenty minutes so I drove up to pick up my wings and the customer service rep name was Ashley and she was training another rep called Antoino. When I walked in she was finishing up an order but once completed Ashley said hold up and took a phone order I waited about 10 minutes then she asked is this pick I said yes Jay she gets my order I pay for it then she hands me my order and I notice I dont have any bluecheese so I asked her for it she said all our bluecheese has to be accounted for so I needed to say something before she took my money so she would have to charge me .60. I explained to Ashley that I wasnt asking for extra i have none in the bag she said I still have to charge you. I asked to speak with a manager she said one moment her and Antoine went to the back and I waited another 15 minutes she waited on two cutomers and took 3 phone calls before Antonio Thompson came up to the front. So before he came to the front I then requested my money back because at this point I felt like I was being ignored and disrespected and they had me waiting even longer. Ashley stated you still have to wait because the manager has to do your refund. When Antoino Thompson finally arrived to the front he NEVER acknowledge me he didnt say a word or speak to me he punch some numbers in her computer and asked her to swipe her card and she then handed me a voided receipt and that was it. I am stunned at this type of behavior to a paying customer with so many other wings spots I pass to come to there and to be treated like it dont matter. This is unacceptable! Far as I am concerned I will not be patronizing any of your establishments and I will be speaking out against your estblishments because I dont want anyone else to be treated like that especially where they are choosing to spend their money.
