McDonald's

2520 Hamilton Road, Columbus, Ohio... I was last person in line and waited for a long period before someone acknowledged my presence. I had to speak repeatedly in speaker before being acknowledged. A young man took my order. I believe, newly hired. I come every day and have not seen him. He repeated my order but the speaker broke up and I did not hear everything. It sounded like he had everything, and I said ok. Cashier repeated my order... Said burrito and McMuffin... I get tea every day and I assumed he had that. He did not give me a price. I thought everything was good. When received order did not get tea. Asked for it and said I would pay. They would not take my money. The young man in back of window was rude, cocky, aggressive and argumentative. Stating I did not order tea. I come everyday and order tea. Sometimes only tea. I did not appreciate being treated that way. No customer service. I was insulted by the young man. He was not there to wait on customers. There was no reason for him to be argumentative.
