Around 11:30 am 12/14 Shawn was ringing up customers as I walked in and I noticed they were in a verbal altercation. Minding my business I continued to shop. While I was ending my shopping I went to check out and the line was half way through the store. Robert was ringing up my groceries and calling for help with the line. After calling him over the PA system 3 times Shawn came out of the office angry. As he was walking to his register he was assertive and aggressive asking why he needed him he had other things to do rather than ring people out and arguing with other customers who were upset with his customer service and lack of professionalism.
