I went to the store on Alex Bell. I asked to cash a large check. I was told by the employee Renee that it would cost 10% to cash it or I could have it put on a Insight Mobile Banking Card and I would only have to pay their card and activation fees. I told her I wanted it cashed. After almost 2 hours of interegating me with personal questions, not only about me, but about my family and references also, she started to grab the Insight cards. I told her I didn't want those a 2nd time, she said it was to late the transaction was going through and they didn't havee enough cash on hand to cash my check anyway. I witnessed around 10 customers pulling loans out with all cash. She had lied to me multiple times. I ended up having to accept the cards I did not want. I have been robbed on those cards and made a report to insight mobile banking that Renee was my #1 suspect. I have been lied to in that store by every empoyee that I've had interactions with. They also kept my $900 for the check that I was supposed to recieve cash for. I never recieved cash, why do they get the fee for not cashing it. They told me I could pull all of my money off the cards with them at one time for free, they lied and then they told me it could only be 1, 000 at a time. I asked to see their terms and conditions they told me they "didn't have those in the store". Really? They told me that if I pulled cash out with them I would not be charged a fee because I now how an account with them! I never wanted an account with Checksmart! And it didn't matter because they were charging me fees everytime. If I do not recieve my money back in the next 24hrs, You will have a major media, legal, and law enforcement catastophe on your hands Checksmart. Everything you have done dfines fraud and theft.
