I visit your store yesterday 1/17/21 at 7:33 receipt numbers AAAZPJU8ANCP and AAAZPJU8ANCQ tickets 78 and 79. Location 1802.
The cashier was rude and didn't put my food in the bag and only gave me pies. Then I get home and my bags are empty. I go back to the store and she claims she told me to hold on but she lied. Then she tried to give me old food and I asked her to make me fresh food and she stated "are fryer (at 15 til close) closed down the fryer". That was crazy because what if someone comes and order fried food, what would be your excuse to not service them? Then so she had a nasty attitude and rolling her eyes throughout the entire transaction. I told her I didn't want the old food and to make me fresh food. She then told me to park in the parkway and 5 min later brought out the same food I just told her I didn't want and it tasted microwaved. She also forgets my breadsticks and I had to drive back around to get them. This was the same thing she did earlier and had an attitude when she made that mistake. The service was awful. Food was not fresh, and I was pissed with the dishonesty and service. She then was on her phone arguing with someone in the parking lot when she brought my food.
Desired outcome: Refund. Apology.
