KIA Motors - 2020 telluride

To whom it may concern,
My wife and I have been excited about the release of the Telluride ever since we saw your commercial during the Super Bowl. We have worked Overtime and saved up over the year to finally put a down payment down and get one. For weeks upon weeks I searched for my wife to get her the Everlasting Silver one she wanted. I joined several Telluride forums and several Telluride Facebook groups. We finally found a dealership that had wonderful offer of below MSRP. They sent the following paper as to what they would offer my wife and I. Total financing of $36, 500. Well they didn't have the color she wanted so I searched for her color. Her birthday was 12/29 and I just had to find one for her birthday. I finally found an Everlasting Silver S Trim in Taylor Kia of friendly. I texted Pete one of their salesman and asked if they would match the sales offer I received from the Kia dealership in Kentucky. I was told yes, more this was before any discussion of down payment or lease/finance. I must tell you that my wife and I were completely taken advantage of. It is heartbreaking. We are still weighing what we will do next as we are so hurt and quite frankly upset. What Taylor Kia of Findlay did was basically unbeknownst to us, was say ok we will sell them this car at 36, 500 and not give them the 1700 lease rebate we should have gotten for leasing with Kia, but instead of subtracting our 3500 down payment from 36, 500, they ADDED it to the final price. So instead of getting the vehicle for 33k after down payment, they fooled us and made the total price around $39, 864! They delivered the vehicle when I wasn't home and my wife signed the paperwork because it was her lease. When I got home I realized what they had done. I implore you to do something about this deal. This is not how my wife and I ever imagined we would be treated by Kia. We put our heart into searching and getting this vehicle. Now we are stuck with a lease in which we were dooped, 100%. We just received the vehicle around 3-4 days ago. All we want is fairness. The dealership didn't subtract the Kia Lease rebate nor did they subtract our down payment from the price they said they would match! Please help us
