My wallet was stolen and I went to the branch for help getting a new card. A man and woman greeted me inside and I asked them for some help or direction how to get a new debit card. I had my phone with PNC app showing I was the owner of the card but they had no sympathy because I had no ID since it was stolen. Our BMV was closed so I couldn't get one. My problem is they should be educated that you can print your ID online, which I didnt know that until I spoke to someone at corporate. I could have went home grabbed my social security card and printed my id to get a new card. Now I have to wait until Monday to get my new card and I cannot buy anything until then. I would use my Capital One card but that was stolen too. I've been banking with you since the National City days and I felt like my business means nothing.
Desired outcome: I would like someone held accountable for the horrible customer service.
