I'm here to complain about the branch manager at the Norwalk, Ohio branch inside the Super Walmart at 340 Westwind Drive in Norwalk, Ohio.
He was curt, and quite rude. He also ONLY removed himself from his computer when he saw the waiting line for service getting in the way of the walkway for Walmart customers. I'd gone there for a money order and when it was taking an unusually long time, I had inquired if there was something wrong. The reply I got was snotty and rude, which was "NO, why do you say that?" To which I replied that it was taking a bit long just for a money order. To which HE then replied with a look of annoyance that he was waiting for the computer to bring up my info. Whatever that meant.
There's no need for such an attitude.
Desired outcome: To be quite honest, a desired outcome would be to replace him with someone else. He's been at this branch for quite a while and hasn't done anything exceptional to improve things. Jesse is the best you've got over there.
