Money money transfer that has never been seen again nor was it ever applied to my woodforest
June 2023 I transferred money from my Debt Card Account via electronic transfer. Woodforest advised that they didn’t handle ‘electronic transactions’ that I should have walked into Woodforest In-person to transact this transfer. Currently I don’t leave my house I conduct paying bills electronically at one time I was able to do an electronic transfer using my Woodforest Account. For over 180 plus days Woodforest can not tell me what happened to my money. Please advise who can help me resolve this problem.

The manager at the Uniontown Pa Walmart
She is my sister Sheena Wilson. The family is on bad terms atm. I have legal issues I am dealing with atm to get resolved. Mike Williams that banks there and I also work with from time to time. Mr. Williams has told me on many occasions while being at the bank. He has hear the manager Sheena slandering my name and also telling Mr. Williams about my personal business. Family working together
How is it a manager can have a family member working under them? Savannah Floyd manager has Shauna Mckinney her brother Kevin Floyd's wife working as a retail banker. This is favoritism. Lastly a manager should have a get or high school diploma. Do you not do checks on this. You will hire anybody. I have closed my accounts and upper management should be notified of the issue in the Elizabethtown branch. In past 3 months this bank has gone down. For the past month starting in July 2023 to current, there has been several times where there's not enough employees to operate the location.
A few times, including today 08/24/2023, a employee was sitting at the desk and couldn't cash any of my checks or do any banking because she's by herself and not a manager.
I had a business check in the drop box for 4 days, before a manager was available to open the lockbox.
This has been a very big inconvenience; I don't know if anyone else has complained but this needs to be corrected.
There were other customers waiting around complaining, because they couldn't do any banking as well

Cashiers Check
I deposited a QDRO check into my account on June 27, 2021 at the Harbison branch in Columbia, SC. The check cleared but the regional manager Take Morris put a hold on the money.
On August 11 I closed my account and the branch sent the money to Merrill Lynch fob Daphne Alexander with me as the purchaser. On August 21 I got the check back. I took the check to the branch at they refused to cash it.
At this point, I will now be paying taxes on money that I don't have access to. This is a very disturbing situation.
Throughout this process I have spoken with a number of people and each person tells me something different.
What can I do to resolve this issue? I just want my funds

Fraud resolution department
Someone hacked my online account with Shein.com and used my debit card to make two identical purchases back to back for $323.70 in the middle of the night. I filed a fraud claim with the bank whom denied my claim. The reason they denied it was because I have made purchases from that website, shein.com. before. I had an account with shein and never shopped in the middle of the night or delivered anywhere near Florida. How is this fair?

Wire transfer
I no longer have a checking account with Woodforest national bank but over a year ago we did almost $20,000 in wire transfers and I sent them an email on July 2, 2023 and they sent me an email back and told me to take the information out to the local branch. So we took it out to the branch located in Walmart in Chippewa PA. Waited a couple weeks and didn’t get any response so then we took it to another branch location in Walmart in Cranberry PA and ask them to send it to the fraud department and we still have gotten no response so I am filing a complaint because I don’t think that is good customer relations they should’ve reached out to us one way or another.

The Wood Forest bank in Walmart Branch 152 has horrible service. My husband stood in line for 30 minutes and one person in front of him. A lady was sitting at the desk and didn’t get up to help. The receipt says TDunigan 7/28/2023. Branch 152 . When my husband finally got to the counter he said he wanted to deposit a check. Then she ask how he wanted his cash back. My direct deposit has been under review with the fraud department. They asked for me to produce tax transcripts. I produce the proper documentation, and I still have not had my funds released to availability. -0 Fraudulent transactions took place on my account from 4/23-5/23, 3k worth of fraud every dispute and claim was denied, then told to step into the branch to see the footage to prove it was not me on 6/26/23 then told I would be refunded quickly after I proved it was not me. Brent the branch manager on white horse rd in Greenville, SC took my id and acknowledged it was not me on the footage refused to show me the footage, ask me to leave, and tells me I had no business in there, came home expecting to receive money owed to me from the fraud since they now have footage of me knew they would compare the footage against the person who actually done the fraud, was told to re-dispute it by supervisors. My bank card was hacked april 23rd I reported it april 24, didn’t realize the dispute was denied until I logged in to turn d my card on just to see that it was in a negative due to the dispute being denied and funds was taken back from my account that the bank put in. Which still does not make since not adds up. Neither to say I still have not heard from the dispute department. My confidential mail sent to my old address no email no calls no communication about the dispute. I was told my funds was not given. Then times I was the funds was given but to deny the claim overall just not right of course the etsy account will match my address ip number because it’s my esty account but I didn’t not make the charges and I want my funds back into my account as of it.
