Agent very rude condescending and not interested in my complaint or questions.
I purchased a remote starter and installation to be installed of Dec 14 at Sandusky OH store. My question was if there's any other way to communicate with store to change appointment. Agent (male) said only phone
And I should wait on line. I told him I've been trying to communicate with store for two days waiting 1 hour each time no answer. He said I've told you what you have to do And hung up on me. Not the best customer service agent I have spoken to in the past. You're losing customers with him.
