Subway - Employees

The two employees that were working were extremely high. They were having difficulty doing the simplest tasks laughing. Asking me questions that didn't make sense and laughing. It took over half an hour to make one sandwich. I was very frustrated but didn't say anything. There were moments they completely forgot what they were doing and just stood there. Please help. Thank you.

Desired outcome: That someone talks to them or they’re fired
