I have had several scripts filled each & every month. I am disabled & cannot drive, so my husband has to pick up my scripts for me. He usually walks in to p/u my scripts. Several times walking up to the counter the cashier & tech would be in a conversation & never acknowledge him standing at the counter, for several minutes! This has been an ongoing battle, because of how the pharmacists towards the customers the staff under her think that it is ok to continue that behavior to the customers. We are in the process of transferring all my scripts (there are about 16 of them). The pharmacy we have gone to told us that he has already received about 5/7 transfers from "that" particular pharmacy already. I just thought someone might want to look into the situation.
