After initially ordering a number 13 with an extra side of gravy I waited for my food. After 10 mins of waiting I noticed the drive thru was their main priority. I noticed a gentleman before me had told the manager he had to go and could no longer wait and he received a refund. Once he completed his transaction I asked how long mine would be and the manager went out of view and came back within seconds holding my box. After getting into the car, opening the box and trying a fry I was livid... all those fresh fries they were getting out to drive thru windows and they were racing to the cars to reduce drive thru time. I was extremely insulted as I had just gotten off a 12 hr shift which turned into a 15 hr day. I am confused as to whether drive thru customers are more important? I gave up and got a refund but I am upset I would not be eating what I wanted and they wasted my time.
