Palm Harbor Homes

We bought our home from Palm Harbor in September on 2021, they set it in April of 2022. The crew came out and did the dirty work and pad set the house and didn't place enough dirt on the pad around our house you can see under our house due to the dirt is gone, we had issues with our washer hookup, thinking it was the washer we replaced 2x come to find out it was a large hole in the pipe under the house, hot water in to the washer would just trickle out come to find out 9 months into being in the home the waterline placed under the house was completely pinched. We have had leaking in our roof, last night's storms caused more leaking down the marriage line and our attic access now has black trim handing down from getting soaked, my children haven't been able to use their hall bath because it came cracked, our master bedroom walls in 2 corners have cracks from floor to ceiling, our windows leak air, our dishwasher already went out, the beam in our kitchen is now coming off the ceiling, our AC unit had to be fixed 4x now, our heater was missing a relay, we froze during the winter, our pipes froze up anytime it got below 32 degrees, never had that happen in the old house, they buried our lines to close to the surface, we tried to tell them that but they didn't listen, the bank of the house wasn't even painted all the way, it's been a nightmare trying to get anyone to fix anything. Their excuse was covid, well I don't care about covid I just paid you 250k for this lemon and we deserve better than this.
