My daughter had her prescription filled at the Pearle Vision on North Penn in OKC. over 5 weeks has passed and she still does not have her glasses. I was understanding the first time I called after 3 weeks. I was promised a call back my the manager several times, and never received a single call from anyone at this location. My daughter had to return to school, the manager did offer to expedite the glasses and another delivery date was promised. Again that date came and went with NO call regarding the very expensive glasses we had paid for. I called again today only to find out they sent the glasses (verified through UPS) ground and we hope to have them by this Friday. Absolutely the worst customer service experience in the 18 years of purchasing glasses for my daughter. I will never return, nor will I recommend anyone use this company.
