I was hired for a new job and was sent to Concentra for u.a. and physical . They found I have high blood pressure which I had to get in check before I could start my new job .After 4 weeks of seeing doctors my blood pressure was good to go and I sent all the info to consentra that they told me to send them so I could come in to be retested .After not hearing from them for a few days I called to see what was going on and they told me I did not send them all the info they needed to come back in . I got out the paperwork they gave me and reviewed it with the person on the phone . It turned out they left the info needed to get retested blank .I pointed that out to the person on the phone, how can I get you what you need if you left the form that was meant to give me all I need to take care of this blank ? Sorry was the response and because of them my start date was delayed a week . Last week I was injured on the job, stuck by a needle left on equipment I was picking up, this meant I had to have my blood tested right away and the patient that was in the room was tested and a copy of their test was given to me which I took to concentra and left with them to give to the doctor for review . I never heard back from them so I called and was told the person that took the info from me did not give any info to the doc .and they just threw it away . What the hell is going on at this place, I talked to a nurse and she said the front office staff were the most incompetent people she had ever worked with .

I just got back from seeing chief dr at concerta on airport in Portland, Oregon and reading what he put on my medical record things he never even checked for or did. He never checked anything and he noted falsely on my record that he checked for all these things when he only touched tips of digit fingers and never checked looked at or touched injury area and told ne he was just checking my circulation and that's all and only thing he did for my appointment but has all these other things listed he never checked or did. What can I do about this?
