I had a parcel shipped to Reship and received confirmation from USPS that my parcel was delivered to them on the 31st of January 2020. My first email to Reship about my missing parcel was on the 3rd of February, with no response from them.
I sent a second request for information on the 6th of February 2020, from which I received a one sentence reply stating "This order is not showing in our data base as being delivered. Please confirm the shipping details with the vendor."
On the 7th of February I replied to Reship with a USPS confirmation of delivery, I did not get a reply from them. The shipping address was correct on the delivery confirmation.
I then contacted USPS about my missing parcel and received a detailed response confirming delivery. This was sent to Reship on the 13th of February. Again there has been no reply from Reship about my missing parcel
ReShip - The company doesn't warn about all fees in advance
I won’t use the services of www.reship.com. I got a quote and the rep hasn’t told me that there would be any other fees. I was ready to pay for the parcel, but the rep suddenly told me that I needed to pay $5 for the registration. Also they took about $10 for the payment and some other thing. The total sum was about $130 and it was too expensive. I wasn’t happy that they didn’t tell me about these fees before.

BEWARE!!! BE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR PROPERTY!!! AVOID!!! I opened my account and was approved ...so, I ordered two items from Ebay and sent them to my new address at ReShip. Then within days...my account was closed! Now, my packages are on the way and they be won't be sent to me overseas..now they are in limbo. I called and asked what I needed to do to get...
