On 10/27/22 around 2:20 I went mlk walgrren in portlnad or to pick up prescription medication, the front desk lady asked me what can she helps me, I told my full name, date of birth, and adress and I am here to pick up and she said ok wait 20' and it will be ready for you, so I wait and back again in the front desk and ask her is it ready? She asked me again my personal informations and she stay alittle bit in her computer and she handed me a piece of paper and told me in low tone"buy this one the one your doctor order is so expensive this one I written in a paper is cheeper" I told her I don't really care how much its expensive my provider order me becausue I am on critical problem so I don't want buy over the counter. But she never stop telling me buy the cheepest one and I say could you please stop telling me this I just need my prescription order, after this conversation she is mad at me and she said you don't have any medication here and I said my doc. Told me he put order for me and I got multiple phone reminders to pick from walgreen please give my medication I really need it. She was so mad I gave you what kind of medication you should to buy in the counter, I said just give me the medication from the order I can pay. After several unprofessional conversation she said ok wait 10'!. I said I will wait! Between this unpleasant conversation the other coustemer service call me and said I can help you and said very sorry something like this will not happen again and I told him what she said to me and its not her scop of practice to order or councel coustemers about medication and refuse to give me what my provider order. Finally he helped me and got my medication and the medication costs $11. Sorry about my broken english I hope you undrstand what I write. If you need I have her first name.
