I have shopped three times at TJ Maxx 1495 Old York Rd. Abington PA 19001. Ricky the Front Desk coordinator has disrespected me three times. He was asked to assist me at the jewelry counter and told me that I bothered him to see one necklace. I returned an item with a receipt from 1/6/2021. I did not have the Visa on me at the time. Ricky yelled that he only can give store credit. I didn't receive a survey with the store. credit receipt. Ricky appears to be professional when interacting with other customers. The rude treatment that I receive from Ricky is clearly discriminatory. Please reach out to this employee and have a conversation with Ricky discrimination is serious. I expect to be treated like a human being while shopping at one of my favorite stores.
