I tried to return the hearing aids shortly after getting them because she was never able to adjust them to hear somewhat clear after more than a dozen visits.
She told me I owed care credit money and that would be deducted from amount paid. Told her I didn't owe them any money. Later I told her I still get statements every month showing 0 amount due. She fluffed it off and said forget that now.
When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist make it more than a month later. I asked why it was so too far out and she responded that provider was booked solid every 15 minutes. I can't believe this because my appointments always lasted close to an hour. The provider is telling it completely different which is untrue.
Desired outcome: Return hearing aids and get refunded for what I and my insurance paid so I can get new aids that work correctly.
