I ordered the outlaw ribeye steak medium rare and steak came out cooked correctly but it was cold. Ask the manager Dave Wiley to have another steak made and he said sure. After a few minutes he came out and stated he needed another 45 seconds to reheat the same steak and it would be back out. I told him absolutely not that I wanted a new steak not a reheated overcooked steak to which he replied he would need 6 minutes to refire a new steak. I said fine. After 10 minutes Dave came out with a new steak which was half the size of the first one and it was completely overcooked. I was not happy especially after he said oh I will stick around for the first cut. Totally disappointed and told him to take it off my bill. He should have offered that before I even asked. I will never be back to that location as that is not acceptable. We spoke to the manager Greg and he offered to give me some prime rib to take home but again that's not what I wanted for dinner. Greg was a great guy and tried to calm me down but I was insulted that a $30 steak was going to be reheated and served like it was no big deal. Greg totally agreed with me. I guess next time I'll have to go to Texas Roadhouse where they never get it wrong. Sincerely John F Dickinson Jr [protected]
