We had to undergo COVID test to my child due to the potential exposure to get clearance to get back to school. I've called the quest who had confirmed that as long as my kid is asymptomatic and we have the order in the system, we should be good to go. I've scheduled online appointments using the COVID option. When arrived, the tech told us they don't do the COVID exposure tests. When I told her that I've checked and they do provide it, she let us in, and cared on the phone "her supervisor". As per phone conversation it was meantioned that the tech is about to go to NJ and she didn't want to be sick. When she hang up the phone, she said ok, we will do the test, but you have to do it on your own. I said ok, then she opened up the system and told us, we can not do it, since the MD put it as a STAT test and they don't do it stat. I offered the tech to call the MD so it can me adjusted, but she refused, stating we need to leave and reschedule once we have updated script. I asked to speak with her SV, she had refused to connect me with the one. I asked to show me her badge with the name, but she covered it with her hand and said she won't disclose it. Her name started with "Mo" or "Ma", she is short white lady with the curly hair. The event took place on 12/13/21 at 12:45pm
Desired outcome: To re-educate the the tech on proper customer service
